Behavioral Science攻略法とポイント

日本の医師国家試験では決して出題は多い分野ではないが、 USMLE Step1の頻出問題である。臨床医学のUSMLE Step2の分野ではPsychiatry(精神科)とPreventive Medicine(予防医学)に関連している。 Psychiatryは日本の教科書を参考にするならDSMに準拠した教科書が必要。 日本人が最も弱い分野であり、逆に言うと勉強することにより最も点数をあげることができる分野である。 Defence mechanismなどが出題される。
Preventive medicineやepidemiology関連ではsensitivity,specificity,positive predictive valueなどが出題される。
